All items are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please double-check your sizing and color selections before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there is a clear issue with the product. If your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and a description of the issue.
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.
